Each apartment comes with working phone service, a private number
that can be dialed-in directly, and a private voice mailbox. Unlimited
free local phone calls. Long-distance and International calls are billed

Our expanded cable features 52 channels. Additional packages such as Digital
Cable and additional channels can be arranged through our office (subject
to charge).
High-Speed Internet Access Through Wireless DSL

Our secure wireless DSL service is available for desktop and laptop computers.
Easy installation and 24x7 support
Housekeeping
Every week, managed by on-site office. Includes: change of sheets
and towels, vacuuming carpets, dusting, bathroom, kitchen (appliances
excepted). Does not include: washing dishes, personal laundry, picking
up clothes, cleaning up after entertainment or removing trash and garbage.
Please contact the office for additional housekeeping needs.

Parking
Garaged parking is provided in our building or at the Masonic Garage
(1 block away). Spaces are limited and should be reserved in advance.

Additional equipment and add-ons such as VCRs, DVD players, Fax/Printers,
Digital Cable can be rented through Nob Hill Place's on-site office. Please
inquire for more information.
Laundry Machines
Located in the basement, 3 washing machines and 4 dryers, all coin operated
with quarters.
Extra Beds
Rollaway bed with one set of sheets and towels: $25 per day, $99 per week.
Use of extra set of sheets and towels: $5.
Health Club:
Club One at the Fairmont
Hotel: Sign up at a reduced rate on a month-to-month basis. 2 blocks east
of NHP. Nautilus equipment, aerobics, yoga, steam and sauna. Access to
all Club One facilities (over a dozen altogether in Bay Area).
Laundry Services
On site dry cleaning and wash & fold services provided by Laundry Locker.
